Enjoy your private, cozy guest space in our 1870s home in Historic Lockport! You will stay in our addition we use for guests only. You have your own separate driveway w/ carport & private entrance, living room w/ 1 sofa (it is also a pull-out bed) & TV, bedroom w/ Queen bed, full bathroom, kitchenette & outdoor patio. You'll have Keurig coffee, teas, and a toaster oven is available for heating food (no microwave). - Coffee & Tea included - Cold bottled water included - Wifi included - Outdoor patio with table/chairs to enjoy - Access to our Amazon Prime Video account to stream movies & TV shows - Super clean! - Pull-out bed in living room couch for extra sleeping space - Private entrance with driveway & carport - NO PETS - No stove or area for food prep but we do have a mini fridge & toaster oven to reheat restaurant leftovers. We do not allow cooking in this space. Thank you! :) Guest unit, patio attached to unit, carport, driveway. We might be home, we might not. Our part of the house is separate from yours. You let yourself in using the electronic keypad on the door. There is a door separating our living space from yours so we might hear each other, but we don't mind noise & we are respectful of sleep time! If you enjoy time on your patio, you might see us hanging out under the pergola behind the house or working in the garden in the warmer months. We are more than happy to chat but will err on the side of giving you the space you need during your stay. We live on a beautiful, tree-lined street in the Historic District of Lockport. If the weather is right, we encourage you to take a walk or run around our neighborhood, dotted with 19th century mansions. We are a 3/4 mile walk from Downtown Lockport, the Locks and the Erie Canal Trail. There are restaurants, coffee & ice cream shops, bars, a beautiful bike path along the canal, and a Saturday Community Farmers Market all year round. We are 35 min east of Niagara Falls and 30 min north of Buffalo. You’ll need a car to get around the Western New York region. SLEEP SPACES - There is one queen sized bed in the bedroom with a memory foam mattress. The living room couch pulls out into a double sized bed. We stock extra clean sheets, blankets & pillows in the bedroom closet.
