Allegra seaside villa, wonderful natural landscape

Situated in the coastal centre of the beautiful Kissamos bay, the villa acts as a luxurious, comfortable peaceful retreat, benefitting from gorgeous views throughout the day, accompanied by the Tyflos river, a protected natural habitat, with rare birds flying through the different seasons, providing a unique, harmonious and relaxing experience. The space The building is a two-storey villa, able to accommodate mainly from 4 to 10 people maximum, benefiting from wonderful views from all points of orientation. You will be able to enjoy, an elegantl, comfortable, harmonious and gracious interior, able to provide a calming experience. On the ground floor, on a lower level,you will find the kitchen, a small utility room, next to it the dining area, followed by the living room and it's gorgeous stone and oak fireplace, steping up on a higher level, in an open plan arrangement, allowing a smooth circulation flow. Both the kitchen and dining area gain from two large fixed windows (1.5x2.5), where the visitor can have the feeling of the interior and exterior boundaries being diffused, as in a painting. On the higher level of the ground floor you will also find a bathroom and one of the double bedrooms. On the first floor, again working in a two level arrangement, you will find 2 double bedrooms, of which one has an en-suite beautiful bathroom, 1 twin bedroom and a larger bathroom, beautifully decorated. All the bedrooms benefit from large balconies, where the visitor can sit outside and relax, if so desired. All the bedrooms on the first floor have cable tv and there is also a television in the living room. There is ample storage space found in the form of oak wardrobes from wall to wall, in each bedroom. Guest access The guests in the villa, will have access to a fully fitted kitchen, beautifully decorated bathrooms, air conditioning, ample storage space and elegant interiors. A vast exterior offering also parking space, with outside seating for 15 people maximum, including both dining and lounging spaces and a vast beautiful garden with flowers, trees and shrouds. Also, if the guests wish to visit the beach for a swim, there is a handmade bamboo hut for their own private use, providing thick cooling shade under the sun, and when they wish to return to the villa, there is an external shower within the garden premises.
