The kitchen is large with a breakfast nook that features cafe-style seating for 2. It is equipped with all standard appliances and all accessories, including a dishwasher, refrigerator, pantry and plenty of counter space. The Master Bedroom features its own view of the water, a sliding glass door out to the lanai, king bed, walk-in closet, dresser and attached bathroom with a walk-in shower. The Guest Bedroom has a twin bed and a double bed, closet, dresser, and full bathroom shower/tub combo in the hall. The entire guest area can be closed off for privacy, creating a private suite for guests. The condo has its own laundry room with a full size washer and dryer. Linens are included! We provide all bed linen, bath towels, hand towels and even a set of towels you can take to the beach. Palm Harbor grounds are lovely, secure, and very well-kept! There are also pickleball and tennis courts. This condominium really has it all, plus a great location!
