Amazing view, large deck & private dock in a cove,

A family cabin located off of Road 274. Easy parking and access. Has 3 bedrooms (1 queen bed in each room) , a large loft area (has 1 queen, one full, and two twins plus a pullout twin). There is also a smaller loft up higher (includes two twin beds). Cabin has lots of stairs but includes a ramp to get in front door. Large outside deck to entertain people with a gas bbq, a path with stairs to a private dock right on the water in a private cove which includes a swim dock to swim to. The space When you walk into the front door: to the left is an entry way that has our 2nd refrig. and a bathroom with a shower. Also are two of the bedrooms that have queens in each. To the right of the front door is the kitchen and through that is a laundry room that's in the bathroom. From the kitchen is a staircase that takes you down to the living room then to the outside deck. If you go up the stairs off the kitchen there is a bedroom then up higher is the large loft that has 1 queen bed, a twin bed, and a bunk bed with a full bed on the bottom and twin on top. There's also a pull out bed too. Up farther is another loft that has two twin beds. There is a separate toilet area and a bathroom with two sinks and a shower. Guest access Horse shoe pit is available year around. There are three kayaks only provided during the summer months. No life vests are provided. We do have a jet ski ramp for two jet skis and 2 sets of boat whips to tie boats to. Other things to note Our family cabin does not supply sheets and towels. We do provide silverware, pots, pans, Mr. Coffee pot, toaster, plates, and cups. Renters need to view and approve the contract. Upon approval, then the lock box information and directions to the cabin will be sent to the renter. The cabin does have an alarm, so when the renter gets close to the cabin they need to text me at so that I can shut off the alarm.
