Fish for a little in the afternoon or go down to the Little River Lake Facility and rent a canoe. It’s the perfect get away that is still close to town and wonderful restaurants. Up to two well behaved and vaccinated dogs are welcome on the property. Dog fee $75 for up to two dogs. Sorry, no cats due to allergies. Swimming is not allowed in the lake. The space Huge back deck, large yard, beautiful garden cottage with a place to play games or just relax. Perfect for extra room for family staying in town. Guest access Access to the entire place. Other things to note Max of two dogs. $75 total/stay for up to two dogs. There is a security camera on the front porch so we can tell when our guest have arrived and can assure they make it into the property safely and so we can tell when they check out so we can go clean the property. There is no swimming allowed in the lake. There is a public park area where canoes can be rented. Early or late check-in fee $50. BBQs are NOT fully cleaned by our staff. We recommend running the BBQ on hot for 20 minutes without any food. After use, Let the BBQ run without any food on hot for another 10 to 20 minutes. Scrub off the grease from the cooking surface. Make sure no food is left on the BBQ. Unfortunately the lake level goes up and down with the amount of rain we see. Usually the lake level is very low in the fall.
