This is a farm house close to the big city. Big yard for dogs to run around. We have a very friendly chocolate lab. Also, we have cows,pigs,or chickens at different times of the year. Also we have 5 friendly cats. Friendly dogs are welcome. And NO PITBULLS. We ask that you keep your dogs on a leash inside the house. They may roam freely outside. Our property has 6ft chain link fence it is very safe and secure House will be full use with the exception of the master bedroom and bathroom. There’s plenty of room in the kitchen, front room and dining area to relax. Covered back porch and 10 acres to move about. We heat the house mainly with wood heat, but your room also have space heater if you prefer. We are pet friendly. We have two chocolate labs on the property, both very friendly. Also we have 5 cats that are very friendly but we do keep them out of the guest rooms . Sometimes we are there and mostly not because of work, but you can always get in with a lock box. If we are available we really do enjoy having company. When you arrive, sometimes the fenced gate is closed. You may open it to enter, but please keep it closed if you arrive after dark. Your pets may roam freely outside in the yard. But please keep them on leash when inside the house. Our dogs are very friendly, they just like to bark to get attention. You may go to the very back where the pond is if you like, the area near the barn is off limits.. I work most days so the house will be vacant during the week. But Lana is available on the weekends, but you will have plenty of privacy, the home is quiet mostly. Quiet place not too far from restaurants and shopping, that’s about 15 minutes away. Midwest city is 20 min away Oklahoma City is 25-30 min away. Vehicle would be needed to get to places. Although we have our own pets, our home doesn’t smell like we have animals. We are aware of any foul smelly litter boxes. We keep our home very well ventilated, so you won’t smell our animals! My animals aren’t allowed in the guests quarters. You are always welcome to keep the gate closed to keep your dogs from getting out. We usually keep the gate closed if that’s other dogs here.. WE WILL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR YOUR PETS.. we cannot be responsible for if they are runners, most dogs will return to where their owners are. They usually won’t go far , they just want to explore. So if they are runners you should keep them on a leash.
