La Rectoria has a large private garden that is enclosed by a fence with a small gate, and a private barbecue. The swimming pool is shared with Can Canals and the Little house. It is located in a charming little village of 5 houses, Dosquers. Surrounded by a practically idyllic setting (forests, fields, mountain views, the river,...). The house combines innovative furniture, such as pallet beds, with original antique furniture of great value. Ping-pong room and 2 bedrooms. First floor: Dining room for 26 people, kitchen, 1 bathroom with bathtub,1 toilet without shower with cold water, living room with fireplace and 3 bedrooms. Access to the garden. Second floor: Large living room, additional living room, 1 bathroom with shower and 3 bedrooms. Other things to note Sundays: check-in allowed only during holiday periods or long weekends (upon prior request). Noise regulations Please note that the house is located in a small village of 5 houses and therefore there are neighbours who must be respected: - Night parties with music: Not allowed. Time limit for playing music inside the house: 21h. - Music in the garden: Music is not allowed at any time of the day. - You can stay chatting both inside the house and outside in the garden without any maximum time limit, the only limitation is the music.
