Like most home in Tahoe we don't have AC but there are fans and it cools down considerably at night. Open the windows and let in the fresh mountain air! There is an additional $30 per night per guest fee for groups of six and larger. That fee will automatically be included when you book however, if you decide to add additional guests after booking, we appreciate you letting us know. There is a covered vehicle parked in the very back of driveway next to the garage. However there is still plenty of room on the driveway for two large vehicles and space in the garage for two cars as well. Other things to note Guests are 100% responsible for any damage. BE SNOW SMART! Drive a 4-wheel or all-wheel drive vehicle. It's advisable to carry a snow shovel with you during winter months. Owner is not responsible for any weather-related damage to guests or their property. $100 pet fee. No more than two pets.
