Tranquil cozy house with dock, close to downtown

This charming renovated house is located on a quiet street, right on the Gordon River, 5 min from downtown Naples. The home is tucked in nature and has immediate calming effect on visitors. It is a short walk to the GreenWay, Naples Zoo & Conservancy and 10 min bike ride to the beach. While simple and low-key cottage like setting, house provides spacious lanai, ping-pong table, chic and cozy living/dinning space, original art, outdoor shower, dock to lounge, paddle board and all comfort. The space This charming eclectic house is completely secluded and surrounded by palm trees and greenery at the end of Bembury Drive. Only a ten minute bike from the beautiful Naples Beach, it is the perfect location for a relaxed-naturesque getaway from the city! The Interior The interior space is open and newly renovated. The kitchen, dining area and living room are connected and face the outdoor patio which overlooks the water. To the left of the kitchen is a hallway which leads to the master bedroom on the right, followed by the bathroom, the second bedroom at the end of the hallway and third bedroom with private bathroom and shower. The master bedroom is furnished with a queen bed and a closet, writing desk. The bathrooms are spacious and newly renovated. There is a cool outdoor shower to rinse off the sand from the beach. All 3 bedrooms have queen size beds and a closet. Internet and quality wireless speaker is provided free and is available in the house and outside as well. The exterior The large covered backyard patio/porch is occupied by a large ping pong table- it is surrounded by a screen. There is also an outdoor patio which has a large dining table and 6 chairs, suitable for outdoor meals. To the right of the screen patio there is also nature friendly outdoor shower, which is fantastic for post-beach rinse offs. There is new dock on the Gordon River. Three bikes are available for use, but we require you lock them, care for them and leave them in a good shape. Guest access Guests will have access to the entire property, the keylock has PIN which we will supply. Other things to note The property is located close to several tourist attractions. It is only a 5 minute walk from the GreenWay, Naples Zoo, Naples Park Conservatory and Coastland Mall! The Naples Zoo is perfect for families with children as they often host activities and events. The conservatory is a beautiful park of Mangrove trees--they offer boat rides and also opportunities to rent canoes, kayaks, and other water activities. If guests feel the need to go shopping, the Coastland Mall is located only 5 minutes away walking! The new Greenway walking/hiking Trail starts at Naples ZOO and path extends along the Gordon River all the way to Baker Park, it is beautiful as path crosses river and is suspended above mangroves in several section.
