Tiny House with Extra Space is located in a quiet neighborhood yet close to downtown. Across the street is the Crystal River (perfect for a nature walk or some fly fishing) and a little further a nice little ‘mountain range’. The perfect little space to deflate and enjoy some down time. This space works for 3 people. *Aspen is a 40 min. drive from the property. *Glenwood Springs is a 20 min. drive from the property. The main part of the apartment is semi-attached to the back of the owner's house. The extra space is located in the lower part of the main house and is accessed from Tiny House by a door. It is nicely appointed with all the amenities you might need to make your stay enjoyable as well as relaxing. It has a gas fireplace to warm you in the winter and has vaulted ceilings and lots of windows which makes it bright and airy. In the summer time, the patio is the perfect place to have a BBQ and enjoy a glass of wine. The extra space has a sofa sleeper (queen size memory foam mattress) and an armoire for extra storage. *Note* There are 2 private rentals on this property so please make sure to double check your listing to ensure you’re at the right one. We respect our guest’s privacy so we are out of the way but available when needed. Our neighborhood is quiet, located close to the river, and has lots of beautiful trees. It is an easy walk to the downtown area of Carbondale A car is always recommended however the local bus service - RAFTA Park and Ride - is a 20 min. walk to and from Tiny House. The BRT runs every 10 min to Aspen and back. **Please be aware that there is no smoking of any kind anywhere on the property. Please be aware that using or possessing marijuana in Tiny House Extra Space or anywhere on the property is strictly forbidden. Failure to comply will result in loss of your damage deposit. **NO MORE THAN 3 GUESTS. Absolutely no additional people (friends or family) other than the paying guests are allowed to stay the night in Tiny House Extra Space. Failure to comply will result in loss of your damage deposit. **No additional people (friends or family) other than the paying guests are allowed on the premises unless approved by the host. **Tiny House Extra Space use (sleeping, cooking, showering, WiFi, lounging, etc) is for agreed upon, paying guests only. **NO PETS: We love animals but cannot allow them.
