A superb three-bedroom apartment work-friendly and fully equipped, 7min walking distance from Oura Street, where you can find all the bars, restaurants, and local shops. The beach is only a 20min walk from the apartment, with a supermarket and pharmacy only a 2min walk. The space This single-level apartment is on the 3rd floor of the building, with direct lift access right outside the front door. A hallway leads you in: on the left is a bathroom with bath and toilet, and on the right are two twin bedrooms, each with two single beds and their own air conditioning. Continuing down the hall on the left, the master bedroom has a double bed, air conditioning, and an ensuite bathroom with bath and toilet. The hallway opens onto a bright dining and living room, with the kitchen just to the right. The living room side leads out to a west-facing balcony, and the dining side has its own east-facing balcony with a drying rack. A fourth air conditioning unit cools the living and dining area. Whichever balcony catches your eye first, morning coffee or evening breeze, there's a spot here for it. Guest access The apartment is all yours during your stay.
