Villa ai Cedri Agriturismo, set 4km from the historical centre of Cortona, Tuscany, is the perfect place to spend relaxing holidays immersed in nature. The space "The agriturismo can accommodate 8 - 10 guests. The villa (250sqm) is set on the hillside and, from both the house and the gardens, one can enjoy the spectacular 180 degree views over the Valdichiana valley to the hills of Montepulciano beyond. The colours change throughout the seasons; from the intense green of spring and the yellow fields of wheat in the summer to the golden red of autumn and the white of snow in winter. Guests can enjoy unforgettable sunsets over the Tuscan landscape, a sight that will stay forever in their memory. The surrounding countryside is typically Tuscan with terraced olive groves and the villa is nearly always blessed with sun! The gardens are large and full of plants and flowers and there is a vegetable garden from which guests may pick their own fresh herbs and seasonal vegetables. Set amongst the olive groves is the 6m x 12m swimming pool with semicircular steps. There is an outside shower and a BBQ area with a covered terrace and a table shaded by cypress and oak trees. There is an area for little ones with a swing, seesaw and slide. The villa is built from local stone, with traditional wooden beams and Tuscan terracotta floors. It is set on two floors with 4 bedrooms (one of which is on the ground floor) and 3 bathrooms (one is en-suite). The ground floor has a spacious sitting room with sofas and armchairs and a working fireplace. The dining room/ kitchen is fully equipped and there is a stone, covered patio ideal for outside dining. The ground floor rooms all have views over the garden. THE ACCOMMODATION: Bedrooms: Bedroom 1: Ground floor bedroom with 2 single beds (may be made up as a double bed, if necessary) Bedrooms 2 and 3: First floor bedrooms both with double beds.
