Studios Kyparissi offers the bases for an absolute “individual holiday”. The five studios are situated in a calm environment at the slope over Tiros, in the traditional Settlement Sapounakaiika in the heart of Arkadia. With its exclusive aesthetic it is a unique for the area architectural building out of stone, wood and exposed concrete. It combines both seaside as well as mountain landscape and cultural activities. We have a brand new Spa Oasis and new climbing roots are opened! The space The resort consists of five studios, which combine in 35m², all the necessary functions including sufficiently equipped kitchen, bathroom and WiFi. The apartments are orientated towards the sea and offer an exquisite view and access to the garden which is surrounded by cypress trees (gr:Kyparissi) which gave the resort its name. It is rich with herbs, flowers as well as olive, lemon and orange trees. Guest access All garden areas are accessible. You will find games, table tennis, chilling out points and walking ways through the garden. Upon request there is the possibility in taking active part in light agricultural activities like gardening, harvesting etc Washing machine facilities are accessible for our guests. Other things to note “New Spa Center ” Brand new for you! The spa facility is built upon the lower part of the ground, directly above the small stream, which Niko designed, once again, according to his principles of minimalism, allowing the natural materials of stone and wood to blend into the environment. The whole spot has an exclusive view to the sea. In a three hour slot, our guests can enjoy our Sauna, the cold water Barrel Tub, the Kneipp foot bath vessels, chilling out point with deck chairs. To enhance the treatment you may try our home made natural scrubs and sponges. Herbal teas as well as oranges from our own organic trees, are offered. Guests can combine it with our body treatments: Oil back massage with warm towels Face & Neck Chinese massage, Klang massage, Reiki or with a relaxing pilates & body work session. Brand new roots! are opening here on the rock above Sapounakaiika! expanding the climbing park of Leonidio our very special rock has opened already developing into a family spot very easy to access by car or on foot.
