Villa Kovacevic "2+2" Apartment

This apartment is perfectly equipped for those who strives to create new and beautiful memories together, suitable for families up to 4 travellers. Very close to the city center and few local beaches. You can choose from two PARKING options: free private parking just a 50m walk away, or paid private parking in front of the villa-EUR 7,00 per day. Breakfast is available on-site for €7.00 per person. The space The apartment is 45m2 in size, located on the ground floor of our building. It has one bedroom, living room with a kitchen, bathroom and terrace. The parents are provided with a queen size bed, while their children can sleep in a comfortable corner unfolding sofa in the living room. The kitchen is equipped with all modern and useful appliances and the family can enjoy cooking their favorite meals together. The apartment is equipped with wireless internet, TV, toiletries, hairdryer and air conditioning. The location of this apartment offers easy and quick access to the yard and restaurant. To ensure the highest level of cleanliness and hygiene, our dedicated housekeeper will tend to the studio apartment daily, with general cleaning services available upon request. Guest access We have bicycles and cars available for rent. Additionally, we offer beach gear rentals including towels, bags, and inflatable mattresses at predefined prices. We aim to offer the best experience possible, including early check-in when available. If your room is ready upon arrival, we will be more than happy to accommodate you immediately. Otherwise, you can relax and enjoy a coffee until the official check-in time of 2pm. Other things to note Our villa is conveniently located near two city beaches - just 500m to Topolica Beach and 650m to Susanj Beach. The city center is only a 5-10 minute walk away. For your shopping needs, two grocery stores (Market Aroma and Market Franca) are just 450m away. Getting around is easy with two local bus stops just a 4-minute walk from our villa (in front of Topolica Sports Hall and across from the athletic field). Local transportation tickets cost only 1,50€. We are also just 2km away from the train and bus station, which is a 20-25 minute walk or a 5-minute drive.
