The ground floor is accessible to the disabled and is divided as follows. A bright, spacious entrance area welcomes you. Adjacent is a utility room with a washing machine and tumble dryer. Opposite you will find a bedroom with a double bed, as well as a disabled bathroom with a floor-level shower. This is followed by a separate fully equipped kitchen with adjoining large dining area. A large living area with foosball, a cozy seating area with a flat-screen TV and a fireplace. From the living room you can reach the large terrace with seating area and beach chair. A large grill is available here. Our Nordic barrel sauna and a hot tub await you in the adjacent, communal garden area. On the first floor there are two bedrooms with double beds and a room with double and separate single bed. Adjacent you will find two bathrooms with shower. One of the two bathrooms has a large and comfortable whirlpool bath in addition to the shower. On the second floor you will find a cozy living area with seating area and Baltic Sea view, as well as a sofa with flat-screen TV. From here you can reach the 60 m² roof terrace. In addition to a beautiful view over the Kiel Fjord, the roof terrace offers plenty of seating, sun loungers and plenty of space to relax. The cottage is in an excellent holiday location just 100 m from the beach promenade and the kilometer-long Baltic beach Laboes. The fine sandy beach with shallow water zones offers children an ideal bathing paradise. The splendid view of the Kiel Fjord will delight you on your vacation.
