Large 1865 sf home on a quiet street in downtown Mariposa, an old gold rush town, 45 miles from Yosemite National Park. Large deck with gorgeous sunset views, BBQ & open backyard. Fully stocked w/towels, linens, Keurig coffee, toaster, dishes, utensils, pots & pans, books, games, Smart TV (your Netflix/Amazon acct, no cable), lots of DVDs, wireless WI-FI, A/C. No washer/dryer; clean laundromat and huge market in town. Lots of shops and restaurants within walking distance. EV charger-extra cost. The space My family has lived in Mariposa for more than 30 years. My father was a Sound Effects Editor but the inspiration for the decor came from my grandmother who grew up in Hollywood in the 1920's. As a young girl, it was not uncommon for her to knock on the door of a nearby movie star who might have spent that morning signing autographs while having breakfast. The staff would hand my grandmother an autographed picture. She gave me the ones she had left and copies of those are on the living room wall at FiftyFifteen. Those photographs and the stories she told me gave me the ideas for the home. Guest access Every part of the house is accessible to our guests with the exception of a storage closet and the garage. There is not a washer/dryer available but there is a clean laundromat in town. Other things to note Do not travel if you are sick, or if someone in your household has had coronavirus in the last two weeks. Do not travel with someone who is sick. For those guests who come up to work - the house is a perfect place if you have to work while visiting.) I have upgraded high-speed Wi-Fi, a rolling laptop desk (in the front closet), and ethernet cables should you desire a hard-wired connection.
