During weekdays, the apartment is calmer. During weekends, the buzz from the street reaching Flamingo Pink Bedroom and the Living Room, might be unpleasant for those seeking peace and quietness. Smoking is not allowed inside the apartment. Smoking is allowed on the south balcony overlooking the waterfront as well as on the north balcony overlooking the neighborhood. Ashtrays are provided accordingly. Infants and children account as adults in charging for the apartment. We can provide a baby cot for you. Please let us know in advance so we can plan accordingly.
