A few meters away, on Via del Santuario, there are shops of all kinds and the city center can be easily reached on foot or by bus with a stop on the same street; nearby parks of Villa Basile, Villa Sabucchi, former Jesuits with sports facilities, Colle del Telegrafo with panoramic views of the city. Bicycles are available to guests for walks on the nearby 'park road' and on the cycle path of the Riviera of approximately 20 km from Montesilvano to Francavilla al Mare passing through the 'sea bridge' which connects the two sides of the Pescara river.
