Our 200 year old apartment is near beautiful Place Garibaldi with its cafés, restaurants, supermarket and tram stop. The beach and world famous Promenade des Anglais are a 10 minute stroll through the Old Town via the fabulous Cours Saleya fruit and vegetable market. Quoted prices include everything other than a late arrival fee of €20 after 8pm and €40 after 10pm. The space Our 37 square metres apartment is fully double glazed and is all electric. There’s a large bedroom and open plan living/kitchen area to the front and a separate dining space and balcony to the rear. There’s free wi-fi, a tv and a bluetooth speaker. An apartment with a balcony is pretty rare in the Old Town - especially one overlooking a private courtyard, bathed in morning sunshine. Where better to enjoy breakfast or an aperitif before dinner? The apartment is particularly bright as it has large windows at both the front and back. Guest access As we don't live nearby our French & English speaking property manager will meet you at the apartment when you arrive. If you plan to arrive at the apartment after 20h00 a €20 supplement is payable directly to our local manager. For arrivals after 22h00 the charge is €40.
