The space Casa Passadiços da Ria is located in a quiet and peaceful Residential Neighborhood, composed of Banda Villas. In front of the House there is a Children's Garden equipped with Swings and Slide for the little ones. The location of the house, very close to the Aveiro shopping area, between the city and the hypermarket area allows you to easily stock the house. There is a grocery shopping service at home Rede Continente e Jumbo. Pizzahut and Telepizza deliver pizzas and other services. Ubereats delivers meals in the property area. Guest access The house comprises of three floors. Guests will have exclusive access to the 1st and 2nd floors of the property. In the Rés-do-Chão, Meia Cave there is a Loft, which operates as a Studio for two people and that is not included in this Accommodation, nor does it have communication with the house. Guests will also have exclusive access to the pateo of the house situated in the back at the 1st floor level. Other things to note Casa Passadiços da Ria fits in a quiet Residential Neighborhood, the existing Villas were built in Banda and are against each other. In the house there is also a GuestHouse in Rés-do-Chão Meia Cave. That's why there is a strict quiet policy from 10:30 pm to 7:30 am. Parties or events are not allowed. Smoking is not allowed, not even electronic cigarettes. Children are Welcome, however it draws attention to the fact that the house has three flights of stairs and several balconies, which obviously constitute a danger to the little ones.
