Bedroom 2: The second guest bedroom is on the next level down and features a queen-size bed. Bedroom 3: This bedroom is located on the floor below the top level and features two twin-size beds. Bedrooms 2 and 3 share a full size bathroom complete with shower and tub. Bedroom 4: This bedroom is located on the floor by the 2nd Family room and has two twin-size beds. The shared bathroom has a step in shower. The bathroom is shared between bedroom 4 and the 2nd Family room. Bedroom 5: This bedroom is located on the lower level of the house and has a built-in twin-size bunk bed. There is also a sofa sleeper, sofa sleeper not to exceed 70lbs. A full-size bathroom is located on this level with a Walk-in shower. There is an additional guest half-bathroom on the main level by the kitchen and the main living room. Air Conditioning: While this home doesn't have central air conditioning, you can stay comfortable by opening windows at night to let in the cool mountain air. Close them and the blinds before sunrise to keep the house cool throughout the day. Parking: The residence has an attached one-car garage with an additional parking space on the driveway.
