This charge will be automatically applied to the payment method on file. Other things to note Maximum Occupancy. The number of people (including children) present at the Property may not exceed the maximum occupancy outlined in the Property Description. Not Pet Friendly Parking Instructions: Single parking space underneath the carport corresponding to Unit number. Any additional vehicles need to park in an unmarked, uncovered space. Ski House 203 now has AC to stay cool in those warm Spring and Summer Days! Maps & pool passes can be retrieved at the Guest Registration building. *The community pool and hot tubs are managed by Mt. Bachelor Village HOA and not Meredith Lodging. Opening times, closing times, and availability are controlled by the HOA* Minimum Age. You must be at least 25 years of age to rent the Property. You hereby confirm that you are at least 25 years of age. You acknowledge that failure of this confirmation to be true constitutes a material breach of this Agreement. *Passes for the Mt.
