Its also modern and clean. --We love to be hospitable and have set up our 4,800 sq ft home to be a comfortable place for your gathering or meeting. -- Whether in town for a wedding and want to have your family stay under one roof or a business meeting with everyone getting their own bed, we believe you will be most comfortable here. -- Bed configuration include 3 kings, 4 queens, 3 singles and several comfortable sofas. -- 4 FULL Bathrooms. -- 3 car garage (on occasion only 2 of the garage bays may be available) -- Home has a finished basement with an additional kitchen, game room with ping pong, arcade basketball game, and more. --Out back is a private covered deck and Weber grill. There is a fire pit and the propane level is often not able to be monitored from guest to guest. -- Like many larger homes, it is equipped with an Airbnb approved decibel monitor that is not able to record/register voices/conversations. --Please bring your children. We provide 2 pack n plays, baby gates, 2 high chairs, some kids toys and videos. If you need something, just ask, and if we are able, we will do our best to provide it. Guests have full access to 4,800 sq ft (1 locked private bedroom and owner storage spaces) Neighborhood is beautiful, safe, quiet. Within minutes you can be at restaurants, shops, movie theaters, parks, the Denver Butterfly Pavilion, Flatirons Mall, and much more. We will have a full listing of local attractions for you that we trust will serve you with any need. Also, downtown Denver is a quick 20 minutes south and you can be in the middle of Boulder in 20 minutes the other direction. World class skiing is about 1 hour away and day trips to Estes Park, Rocky Mountain National Park, St Marys Glacier, Pikes Peak, Georgetown, Air Force Academy, Colorado Springs, Ft Collins, Rd Rocks, and so much more are all an easy drive away. Highway 36 is less than 5 minutes away that takes you to Denver or Boulder and I-25 is just a bit further. If you prefer to leave the car at home, in a few minutes you could walk to bus stops, there are several park-and-rides close by, and there are other transit options as well. Day trips to some of Colorado's most famous and popular attractions are easily accessible.
