Apart from its idyllic decor and spot directly on the beach, Costa del Sol A2 is nearby to lots of great shopping, restaurants- including local favorite Pompano Joes, and golf courses...if you can pull yourself away from its mesmerizing balconies that is! Festival by day, beach by sunset — our place is conveniently near Moon Crush music festival and the shoreline. Per Homeowner Association rules; absolutely no tents or canopies are allowed on the beach. This property comes with 2 parking spaces. We do not rent to anyone under 25 or to students. We require 1 parent for every 2 people under 25. Guests receive a welcome kit with small dishwasher detergent, dish soap, sponge, a roll of paper towels, and laundry detergent. There will be an initial trash liner in each receptacle and a set of toilet paper and soaps for each bathroom provided. Guests will need to replenish supplies for longer stays.
