You’ll love my place near Crystal Mountain & Mount Rainier because this 800 sq ft studio apartment has been recently refreshed throughout. The furniture and decorations offer a comfortable cabin atmosphere. With heated floors and a spacious queen size bed, you will experience a comfortable stay. Guests have access to the full property, including hot tub and outdoor fire pit. The studio apartment sits above the garage, and does require visitors to be able to walk up a flight of stairs. The studio apartment has recently been refreshed, complete with new appliances and in-floor heat. Guests are welcome to use the yard, barbecue, hot-tub and outdoor fire pit. Depending on the time of year and day of week, we may be staying in the adjacent house. Guests, however, are ensured privacy. There is a video doorbell installed at the front door of the main house. Pressing that button routes to our mobile phone should something come up. The home is located in Crystal River Ranch, a nicely treed neighborhood bordering the middle fork of the White River. There are walking trails throughout the neighborhood, along with forest service roads and hiking trails originating in the neighborhood. There is ample parking at the house, and the county road service does a great job of clearing the roads when the snow flies. Always good to plan for the worst during winter when the storms come through. On-site backup power generation ensures a comfortable stay even when power is lost during winter storms. High speed satellite internet service backs up the local internet service ensuring always-on high speed access. The area elk herd frequents our area and can often be found wandering in our yard. When you are going for that close up picture, please keep in mind these are wild animals - particularly the bulls during the rut!
