This cabin has a flat/black top driveway for parking. It is large enough to park a truck and trailer if you are coming on motorcycles. FOR OUR PET FRIENDLY VISITORS: PETS MUST BE APPROVED BY MANAGEMENT PRIOR TO RESERVATION. We reserve the right to refuse any pet at any time. We would like for you and your family (including the four legged members) to have the best vacation ever and appreciate your willingness to abide by these guidelines. *We only accept dogs, no cats allowed. We only accept 2 pets per reservation. *We charge a $70.00 per pet fee which is not refundable. *Your dog must be on a flea maintenance program. (Like Frontline, Advantage, etc.) *Your dog must be crated while left in the cabin alone. *Your dog must not get on our furniture. If we find pet hair on our furniture upon your departure, you will be charged $10.00 per each quilt/comforter/sofa that must be cleaned to remove dog hair. *If your dog damages our vacation home in any way, ie, urine on the carpet/floor, chewed furniture/walls/doors or molding, you will be held responsible for the damage repair costs. *Your dog must be leashed when on the outside of the cabin. FEES: The management company of this cabin charges a $20 per stay Damage Waiver Fee to every customer. It is automatically included in your rate. This covers our guests for up to $1000 worth of accidental damage should damage occur during their stay. If damage occurs to the cabin, furnishings, etc, please report it to management as soon as possible so that the damage can be repaired. You may opt out of paying the $20 damage waiver fee by putting down a $500 REFUNDABLE damage deposit. Entire cabin Management will be available during business hours from 8am EST to 10pm EST to assist with problems. You may call 865-980-0082 after 10pm for emergency services only. Guest must provide their own transportation.
