Guests in 7 Frontera Circle have full access to the home except for the fireplace which is not in use. Guests in Hot Springs Village have access to Daily Fee amenities such as golf courses, lake recreation and indoor recreation area (swimming pool and gym). All outdoor recreation, walking trails and fishing, are open to all guests. Rental guests will check in at the rental office for keys, gate access to Hot Springs Village and for general home information. Public transportation is not available. Local airports are Little Rock (60 miles) and Hot Springs (20 miles). Private transportation is available. Reservation policy 1. Valid Credit Card to hold the reservation. 2. Deposit of first nights lodging charged to credit card at time of booking. 3. With cancellation more than 5 days prior to arrival (7 days prior for Holidays or Family Reunions) deposit is fully refunded. 4. Total charge for reservation is charged 72 hours prior to arrival.
