The house is in close proximity to everything fun, and we are surrounded by the natural beauty of secluded beaches, the Indian River Lagoon, the Canaveral Seashore, the National Wildlife Refuge, the Enchanted Forest Nature Sanctuary. Activities include water sports of all kind. kayaking, sailing, fishing, personal water craft, air boat rides, sky diving, bicycle trails, and many more fun activities. We offer boat rentals. Kennedy Space Center, a mere 15 minutes away, is a must see. In under an hour's drive there are the world renown attractions (Disney world, Sea world, and Universal Studio) Cocoa Beach, Port Canaveral Cruise Ship Terminals, Casino ship, Daytona Beach, Daytona Motor Speedway, home of the Daytona 500, Orlando, Cocoa Village, and Melbourne are also less than an hour's drive. The house, built in 1932, includes wireless internet, cable, one television in living room, a full kitchen, living and dining nook, outdoor sitting and dining areas, and a carport. The house has it's own bathroom, a queen size bed, a twin bed, a closet, ceiling fans, air condition, and heater. There is an attached utility room with a washer and dryer for the guests use. Flexible arrangements to accommodate business travelers. We will add the necessary items to conform to their needs. Guest access All amenities available to guests. Extended stays, i.e. one weeks or more, guests must provide their own supplies. Maximum stay of 28 days. Other things to note This unit is set to accommodate two (2) guest although it can sleep three (3). There is a $10.00 per night charge for each additional person after the first guest. A maximum of three (3) people may stay in the unit. We do not allow pets / animals. If we do approve pets and / or animals, a fee of $5.00 a day, $15.00 a week, or $50.00 a month will be charged upon check in. Absolutely no large animals allowed. ABSOLUTELY NO SMOKING🚭 OR VAPING ON THE PREMISES!!! A property damage claim will be filed in the amount of the prevailing daily rental rate for as many days as it takes to decontaminate the dwelling. Or the security deposit will be deducted in that amount.
