Everything is new and fresh, great memory foam beds, nice linens, cook and serving ware. Washer/dryer, plenty of parking for two cars, nice outdoor backyard area for grilling and enjoying sunny days. Beautiful Jennings Park, with its gorgeous master gardener showcase and playground areas, is in close walking distance, as is Starbucks, nail salon, pizza, burger and Asian restaurants. If you’d like to add the lower suite (media room, kitchenette, bathroom & queen bedroom, the maximum number of guests allowed in the house is 6. (An additional fee of $50/night) Other things to note Marysville is a bedroom community for the greater Seattle area as well as one of two communities serving one of the largest industrial parks in Washington State, and just 25 minutes from PAE (Paine Field int’l airport in Everett.) With Seattle Premium Outlet Mall, beautiful Tulalip Casino, the Marysville/Arlington Industrial Park, and nearby Naval base, this is a small town at the edge of so much! Just 40 minutes from Camino Island, picturesque/quaint La Conner and on north to rural Skagit County (home of the famous Tulip Gardens) and small wineries, this is a great location to live or visit.
