This home offers an ideal location with incomparable views of the Animas River Valley, and immediate access to the resort area without having to drive through town to get to trails, national forest land and the ski area. The Durango Trolley stops right in front of the home every 20 minutes making it convenient to get downtown without having to drive or park.
