This is Southwest backcountry access + a luxury basecamp in one stay. 🏜 About the Property Layout: The A-Frame is part of a thoughtfully designed 2-acre property that includes 4 additional cabins. Each one is spaced ~10–15 yards apart & positioned among the juniper trees for visual separation. All cabins have their own private amenities and designated outdoor areas. While you may occasionally see other guests on the property, shared spaces are limited & we ask that everyone be respectful of one another’s experience. 🏜 There is a rural neighborhood to the west of the cabin & undisturbed BLM public lands - ideal for walking and exploration - to the north. Southern Utah has some of the most renowned ATV riding trails in the country, leaving guests with the possibility to hear ATV's from time to time. 🏜 The 8-person cedarwood sauna is located central to the site and is shared amongst all guests. Note that this accommodation is not private, all guests on site are invited to use it. There’s free WiFi at Bee’s Marketplace nearby, plus a coffee shop to work from around the corner • High-desert setting: expect sand, wind, small bugs & local wildlife.
