Beach restoration is currently underway in our area. This necessary project is designed to improve our coastline, but it brings some temporary changes to our beach experience. What to Expect: You may see, hear, and feel vibrations from heavy machinery (bulldozers, pipes) on the beach, especially during business hours. We believe in transparency and want to ensure you have all the information to decide if this is the right time for your visit. While the work is intended to be completed behind our complex by April 15th, there still may be work being done south of us. As a result, last minute bookings are discounted during this time and reflected in the rate shown. This 2 Bedroom 2 Bath poolside second floor condo has all of the comforts of home including a washer and dryer in the unit and a beautiful view of both the pool and the ocean! Sit out on the balcony with your cup of coffee and enjoy a lovely sunrise over the Atlantic Ocean or take a stroll along the beach. This unit offers a King Bed in the Master , 2 Twin Beds in the guest bedroom along with a Queen Sleeper Sofa with a brand new Memory Foam mattress in the living room. Fully Stocked Galley Kitchen with a brand new oversized sink with a convenient pull down sprayer for easy washing and a dining table that seats 6 people. This unit has 3 large TV’s with Xumo stream boxes for enhanced viewing experience and lots of living room seating for families along with an electric recliner for comfort. It has a beautiful updated master bathroom with a new soft close vanity with a quartz counter top and mirrored cabinet to store all your bathroom make up and treasures. Whether you are here to relax on the beach or catch the attractions surrounding the city, Hacienda Del Sol 2 has the best view on the island. Take care of yourself and take a vacation to create wonderful memories. Unit Supplies: There will be a starter supply of toilet paper and hand soap when you arrive but you may need to purchase paper and cleaning products (paper towels, laundry detergent , toilet, etc.) as needed . Guest access You will have access to all of the property including the pools and cabana and grounds. Other things to note - Quiet time is between 10pm-9am - Pool closes at dusk - Please rinse off sand from beach toys and boogie boards before bringing back into the unit.
