You are more than welcome to stop in for a cocktail and someone there can always help you as well. This apartment is located in the Fifth Ward of Newport or now known as the Yachting Village. Fifth Ward is a traditionally Irish neighborhood just south of the lower Thames Street commercial district. It is located on the southern edge of Newport Harbor, the neighborhood was developed mainly from the 1820s through the Gilded Age (1870 to the turn of the century), when many Irish immigrants came to the city to work as laborers or servants for the moneyed elite in the nearby mansions. The location is in walking distance to downtown Newport which has many restaurants, boutiques and attractions. We also have a parking lot for your use during your stay for one car. One additional parking space may be available if you have two cars. The unit comes with one but a parking pass for the second car may be purchased if available.
