The controlled access historic building displays Tudor revival-style cladding with exposed brick and pipes. The kitchen is stocked with cookware to cook simple meals, stainless steel appliances and granite countertops. Enjoy coffee made from the Keurig. A washer and dryer is available inside the apartment for your convenience. Our studio and 1 bedroom stays come standard with 3 towels and washcloths and our 2 bedroom stays come with 4 each. We do not have access to free parking in downtown St. Louis. There are metered street parking spots around the building, this is an additional cost to you, but overnight parking is free at the meters between the hours of 7pm-8am. Host is not responsible for vehicle or belongings. Anything in the apartment is yours to use. Make yourself at home once you arrive. While traditional cable TV is not included in your stay, we do provide Roku TV's with apps like Netflix, Prime, Hulu, and more! Feel free to use these services with your own login and enjoy! You can access the building anytime after 4pm by using the lockbox to obtain the keys. We ask that you respect our home and the quiet hours of the community. Our home is not baby proofed, and may not be ideal for families with very small children, however, children are welcome at your own discretion. Most of our guests prefer to let themselves in with our lockbox entry system, however, we can be available upon request and are always available via phone call or text message should any questions or issues arise. History surrounds you! Relax and enjoy St. Louis at the Old Post Office Plaza across the street, an urban oasis in the heart of downtown. Walk several blocks and stop by the Citygarden Sculpture Park. America's Center is located only 2 blocks away! Walk 10 minutes to Busch Stadium or City Museum, or 15 minutes to get to the Enterprise Center or Gateway Arch. If you need some groceries, Schnucks is right across the street. Dining and drinks are located everywhere you turn, you won't have to go far to do anything you need. Public transportation & Uber is easily accessible given the popular location. Easy access to I-44 & I-64. The location is also only 3 blocks away from the nearest MetroLink station. St. Louis bike share can be found throughout the city by downloading the Lime Bike app. Please ensure you are booking with your full legal name. Checkout is at 10 am. We offer a complimentary extension to 11 am as long as you request it 24 hours before your scheduled departure. Looking for more time? The latest we can accommodate is 1 pm at $25/per every hour needed. Our stays have occupancy limitations created around local and state ordinances. It is our guest’s responsibility to abide by these ordinances; failing to do so could result in legal consequences. Before booking your reservation, please note the occupancy limit listed sometimes does not align with the number of beds offered. Please review the bed counts to determine if this stay will be sufficient for your needs. We have a zero-tolerance policy for parties or large gatherings. To ensure this in the most comfortable and least intrusive way possible, we use a noise sensor that simply measures the decibel level inside the stay; it does not record anything.
