Vermillion Beach Escape

A comforting safe haven for these strange times this house is great for families, pods and individuals who want to spend some time together. Fabulous fenced in backyard with multiple seating areas and a grill. Upstairs open floor plan is great for group activities and last but not least this home is near national park trails and is a 4 minute walk to the beach! Three day minimum. No parties! Please respect social distance with the friendly and wonderful neighbors. The space This is a gorgeous Cape Cod used for many years as a vacation home to a couple of gardeners. The first floor is a full house in itself. The 2nd floor is an awesome bonus that makes the space usable for groups of people. Guest access This whole house rental is for the first and second floor of the house. The basement is not part of the rental. Guest may go to the basement to do their laundry though! Security camera has been added to door in order that host can see how many people are coming and going and make sure there aren't any insane parties, or more guest than were reserved for. Just be honest! And have fun! The fenced back yard is great for dogs and humans alike. There is no driveway but there are two-three parking spaces out front. Please park only in front of the house and not in front of neighbors houses. There are some cones out front to help you keep your spot. Other things to note Parking in front of house available for two throuh three cars only. Do not park in front of anyone elses house.
