Relaxation and friendliness 🛋️ The 100m2 cathedral living room invites conviviality with its large fireplace and many sofas. A large TV screen and a pool room with a bird 's-eye view of the living room ensure pleasant moments of leisure. For your relaxing moments, a sauna with shower is also available. Quietness should be taken outdoors from 11PM. On the other side of the quiet road, enjoy our private land with fruit trees, with its wooden table by the river. You can even practice fishing (licensed). Guest access Full access to the house: You will have exclusive access to the house, including all bedrooms, bathrooms, living room, kitchen, and dining room. Outdoor area: Enjoy the private park, heated pool (May to September), petanque court and picnic areas. Access to the private land: You also have access to the other park with fruit trees and riverside, perfect for fishing (with permit). Other things to note Quiet hours must be strictly respected outdoors: no noise is allowed in the park between 10:00 p.m. and 8:00 a.m. Parties, bachelor/bachelorette parties (EVJF/EVG) and any type of group gathering are prohibited. For security reasons, ID in the name of the booking holder will be requested at check-in. Parking must be done mainly inside the property (4 secure spaces) or along our wall, avoiding parking in front along the neighbors' house.
