The stairs lead to a 2nd floor ensuite Master Bedroom with 50" Smart TV. There are two additional ensuite bedrooms on the 2nd floor both with 50" Smart TV's. The balcony off the 2nd floor common area has exceptional 180 degree views or the beach and jetty. Laundry room with full size washer and dryer and iron and ironing board for the home is on the 2nd floor. Another set of stairs leads you to the entire 3rd floors Master Retreat with private office space for two. A massive bath with double sinks & shower, his and hers closets.
