Welcome to your stay in a desirable & accessible part of historic Waterbury CT. This room is nestled in a 1950s Colonial that’s gleaming with character & style of the 20th Century. Amenities include wifi, private parking, use of all common areas, and a private work area in your room. We hope to begin your stay with a WOW and end it with a smile. The space The space offers so much character and privacy. This room has been converted from a formal dining room to a work space, as well as, a place for rest. Whether you are in town to explore or primarily for work, this space will suit everyone's needs when looking for a quality stay. Guest access Guests can access the grounds since both houses are owned by the host. The living room has games, couches to relax, and plenty of natural sunlight to enjoy your early morning coffee. The kitchen includes a vintage oven, microwave, and communal fridge. There is a full bathroom on the second floor and a half bathroom just around the corner for easy access. During your stay If anything is needed, please contact through the booking app or contact information provided via this platform. Access to common areas are shared by other guests that may be staying during the same times in different rooms. Please be courteous and respectful of all areas. Other things to note Some times during the week there may be workers in the parking lot near the garage towards the top of the hill.
