Very modern pool house, located close to USC, 5 Points, Fort Jackson. Walking distance to amazing restaurants and bars and a pool right outside! This is a guest house behind the main house in a shared back yard. You will likely be greeted by our dogs, Lili, Lola, and Shadow at some point during your stay. This is a great place to enjoy a relaxing time! The space The Casita is one bedroom guest house. The bedroom has a queen sized bed, perfect for two people. The living room has a futon and tv with views of the pool, while the kitchenette has a microwave, ice maker, mini-fridge, toaster and coffee maker. The Casita is located in our back yard which is shared with our three adorable dogs, Lili, Lola, and Shadow. While we try to give guests as much privacy as possible, at some point it is likely guests and the dogs will see each other. The pool and hot tub are available for your relaxation and enjoyment. Due to City of Columbia regulations, a maximum of two people are allowed to stay and no extra guests. Guest access Access to the entire pool house, pool and hot tub in the backyard etc. Other things to note While we do not have cable, the TVs in the Casita are equipped with Roku for you to stream shows from your Netflix, Hulu, Prime, or other media accounts. Please no glass or cigarettes (or joints etc) in or around the pool. Upon request, we can setup the cushions for lounge chairs or the fire pit, but we do not leave them outside exposed to weather.
