Ravenna Park and Burke-Gilman Trail and many bus stops just one or two blocks away. The space Quiet, cozy, private, scenic, and close to the University of Washington, medical school, stadium, and University Village Shopping Center, the elegant, colonial-style Noble House Apts resides on a lush lot in a peaceful neighborhood in the U district. There are only 6 units in this professionally cleaned house. The Noble House features neighborhood views and secluded courtyards, framed with lush trees. You can read or have barbecues on the balconies, which provide picturesque views of the city and the Lake. Nearby are parks and trails for walking or biking. You can walk to the University of Washington or the U Village within minutes. Easy access to I-5. 10 min to get to down town normally; 20min in rush hour. There is a washer/dryer room on site. The studio apt available on the 1st floor facing the back yard on a slope. It is around 400 square feet and includes a bath, a living area, a fully equipped remodeled kitchen, and a divided sleeping area. The deck on the 2nd floor has breathtaking view of the Rainier Mountain and Lake Washington. Guest access The laundry room is on site at the corner near the stairway next to apt #C. It is coin operated. An off street parking space is $15 per day or $175 per month if not in summer or $200 per month in summer. First come first serve. Other things to note The owner will pay for the water, sewer, electricity and solid waste. The tenant use electricity judiciously. For long term guests, If the electricity usage is over $60/mo (over 28 days) for one guest, the guests will pay the difference. This is the way that we do not casually waste energy. We set our rent very reasonable. The rent is based on one guest. However, There is $20 per night per extra occupant if reported in advance or $25 not reported staying over guest. Please report the # of nights of the extra guest staying. Long term guests (over 28 days) due to its discounted rate than weekly or daily rental, need to purchase household consumable goods after the initial supplies are consumed. The cleaning fee listed here is the minimum for up to 1 month stay, if multiple months, the minimum cleaning is that monthly cleaning multiplies # of months. If too filthy, the guest is responsible to pay for the extra cleaning or damages based on $35 per hour for cleaning. Registration details STR-OPLI-19-000157
