Enjoy the singing of the birds in the morning as you sip your coffee on your private back deck or a glass of wine at night by the bonfire with S'mores. Relax inside for a wonderful cozy evening curled up on our comfy furniture watching a movie from Roku, Tubi or Netflix. Use the free Ontario park pass for 2 day bookings. The space *Please read the house manual upon check in, this will help you during your stay* Newly renovated for your comfort! The apartment is perfect for short term work in Bancroft. A girl's weekend, a stopover for two weary travelers, a couple days away or stay for a week. ATV, snowmobile or spend the time exploring the area! Perfect spot for rockhounds. It is all yours to kick back relax and enjoy! Your sleep will be welcoming as you indulge in the comfort of our king bed with a sherpa pad to keep you warm in the winter and cool in the summer. The suite stays naturally cool but there is a ceiling fan in the bedroom should you feel the need for extra coolness on warm summer nights. In the winter you will be warm and cozy as the pellet stove goes 24-7. Also available is a pack n’ play, baby monitor, booster chair and a single rollaway bed for the bedroom. All the essentials have been added to the apartment, so you are able to make your own breakfast, lunch and dinner making it completely self-catering. Forgot something, I will try to help you out with any condiments! January through to April breakfast is not available to purchase. It will resume May 1st. There is a variety of tea and Van Houtte coffee with a Keurig machine in the suite, creamers and milkettes in the fridge. Spices, oils, sugar etc in cupboard. **I don't charge a cleaning fee, but ask that you leave the suite clean and tidy upon checkout. You are responsible for doing your own dishes used in the suite** We are only able to accommodate two adults and one toddler up to adult using the rollaway bed (infant in a crib does not count so you can bring two children) Please message me before booking if you are bringing 2 children and if the cot and or pack n play is needed. Please add your child's age when booking and the box checked beside # of people. If you have two children or more, please message me before booking with the ages as I may not be able to accommodate you. Guest access We have a hammock outside for a relaxing nap a gazebo for shade furnished with a coffee table and loveseats, an outdoor table for dining. Full access to your own barbeque, firepit, gazebo and deck through the sliding doors from the suite. Enjoy winter, you can snowmobile right from your suite door to the trail 5 minutes away. We are located around the corner to the trails for ATV and Snowmobile. No backing in or out, our U shape driveway allows you to drop your trailer and hop onto your machines. For a two or more night booking a park pass is available for entrance into Algonquin and Silent Lake parks. Other things to note We now have a back up power source installed in case of power outages. Please note there is absolutely no smoking of any kind inside the suite. Smoking is only permitted in the designated area away from the house. Anyone caught smoking inside will have to vacate the suite immediately with a fine and Airbnb will also be notified immediately if this rule is broken
