Your bedroom has 5 drawers, closet space, 2 luggage racks, and a special place to put keys, phone etc where you will always find them. Bathroom has sturdy grab bar. A shower chair is also available as is a walker and cane. House is all on one level floor, but front entrance has two steps that are very wide and not difficult to navigate with a walker. Festivals all through summer and "3rd Friday" of every month year round is a free downtown music and arts street fest. 2 other nearby small towns have the same thing on a different fri or sat of each month. National folk music festival, annual bluegrass festival, wood carving contest &festival. Local companies provide organized kayak/canoe trips including moonlight trips. You will get the most out of your stay by staying as long as you are able so As to discover and enjoy the many aspects of the area and even relaxing in my home, rather than just a mad dash to the beach and back. Active bird feeders add to enjoyable relaxation on the front porch or back deck. Hummingbird feeder in your window. NOTES: Fri, sat, or sun are preferred for checking in, but not mandatory. I am an hour’s drive away from this very special event, followed by a weekend festival. I am very strict about no smoking. If you do smoke, you will be asked to leave immediately with NO REFUND. Your reservation indicates agreement with this policy. EVERYTHING in my home gets re-cycled. I will show you where to put things.
