Initially, it was intended to house livestock, camels and horses, and its construction consisted of various sticks with a thatched roof and branches, and then became a place of worship for the African Mahoma. That structure and decoration were imimited in a more humble house, staying as a general rule in the Construction. In the middle, a fountain, a small space for a fruit tree that used to be an orange tree or a lemon tree. Tiles with geometric and floral motifs are another very recognizable element in these patios. In addition to its architecture, one of the most valuable things in these courtyards is the diversity of plants in them.
