This house is located on a intersecting canal with great water views. You can sit on the dock and watch the fish jump or try your luck with a fishing pole. My home is located in a great area close to good food options and has 2 grocery stores minutes away. Relax and explore the area and enjoy your stay in a safe an quite neighborhood. Young kids should know how to swim as there is no baby fence around the pool. I have had to cancel in the past because of this reason. The space I have a dock for your use if you want to rent a boat. Guest access The entire house is for your enjoyment and use. Other things to note My house has a private pool/spa combination for you use during your stay. The house has door alarms for pool safety. I do not rent to families with small/ young children that can't swim due to concerns over a young child accessing the pool without adults supervision. A house that has a pool fence around the pool in the pool area would be better suited for young children, which I do not have.
