A Carriage house on the Estate

Need a quick safe getaway? This is a private carriage house on the Estate in the City. It features a living room, small kitchenette, full bathroom, (large walk-in shower), a bedroom , (queen size bed) and large closet. Just outside the carriage house you can relax by the sitting area, and pool. The hot tub is open year around. Also, there is a two-night minimum. From April-September, please ask about availability. This property can only be booked 5 days in advance. The space This carriage house is completely self sufficient and private from the main house. It's just outside the pool area. There's also a grill and a hot tub for your enjoyment. Only a $6-$7 Uber ride to downtown or Broadripple. Guest access You will have the entire carriage house to yourself, but the main house is a bed and breakfast, so everyone has access to both patios, pool and hot tub. Normally, there is not more than 2-4 people on the property. Also, there is only 1 parking spot on the property per booking. And lastly, other than showing a friend or guest around when being picked up or dropped off, the pool and hot tub are for guests only. Other things to note 1. The carriage house is separate from the main house and is private. However, the patios, pool and hot tub are shared. There are usually never more than 2-4 guests on the property. 2. Most couples stay at this property to enjoy a relaxing evening or weekend. For the privacy and security of all guests, other friends and family are not allow to hang out by the pool and hot tub. You are welcome to show them around the grounds when they are picking you up for dropping you off. 3. There is only 1 parking spot per booking on the property. All other vehicles must park on the street.
