Although sometime it is little noisy from cars in the outside, it still worths the lower price. The transport is also convenient. You can take bus (No. 10) to the downtown without transfer, and transfer No. 2 or 4 to University of Minnesota. Moreover, various restaurants near the hotel. Transportation was easily accessible. Just keep in mind, it’s probably not ideal for someone looking to have a private stay as the kitchen and bathroom are shared spaces. ____ TT October 2018 This is in a great location, walking distance to a lot of restaurants. Easy street parking, and a good bang for your buck. The hosts are quick to respond and help out with any concerns or questions. They're quick to communicate and solve any issues that you may experience. The microwave in the kitchen didn't work, so I shot them a line. There was a new microwave in the kitchen in less than an hour. Also, having a "bonus room" with the couch was a huge plus. Decor was on point. Julia and Ishmael were able to accommodate an earlier check in for me as well and had everything you could need prepared.
