The space Indulge in our inviting accommodations at The Grant House! Enjoy our first-floor one-bedroom suite with a full kitchen, living/dining space, and bath with a delightful pool view. Upstairs, discover the spacious "lagoon view" suite boasting a large area to enjoy family gatherings, a daybed area, a full kitchen, a dining area, a living room for watching the game, and a sprawling balcony for outdoor dining. Additionally, our optional bird's nest loft sleeps four, offering stunning lagoon views, an additional bathroom, and a small private balcony—ideal for teenagers or young adults seeking their own retreat. Dock your boat steps away, unwind, and embrace the laid-back Florida lifestyle. With great fishing opportunities, picturesque riverfront views, and island-hopping adventures at your fingertips, The Grant House is the perfect destination for a tranquil back-to-nature getaway. Guest access Guests will have access to the entire home, the fenced-in grounds, the yard, the pool, and the BBQ Hut. The beach area and the docks are shared spaces. The pontoon boat is not included in the rental. Other things to note The Grant House is located next door to The Treasure Coast Marina and The Old Fish House, both small local businesses. All Guests receive a 10% discount on services and meals. Many of our guests say these businesses add to their experience while visiting our home. We do ask for an event fee based on the number of guests in attendance. Please discuss this with us prior to booking. We have a maximum of 15 event guests. The house is in a rural area, and we do have slower internet access speeds. Our hope is that you will enjoy the view and unplug whenever possible. This is a unique home with stunning views of the river, and that is what we hope your takeaway will be.
