New Austin Townhouse - Green Room

This is a new townhouse with contemporary decor. It has a large living room and a full kitchen downstairs, as well as two private guest bedrooms with comfortable queen beds and a shared bathroom upstairs. The space The townhouse is located in northwest Austin. It is a quick 20 minute (Uber or Lyft) ride to downtown or Lake Travis. Guests are encouraged to bring food/groceries and drink and prepare your meals in the kitchen. I do not provide breakfast in the morning, but there is a Keurig coffee maker available for your use. Guest access This is my private residence so I will be sleeping in the master bedroom. Smoking is allowed on the back porch and is 420 friendly. ;-) During your stay I sometimes charge Lime scooters at nights and on the weekends, so I probably won't be home much. Other things to note The front door has a combination lock. The entry code will be the last four digits of your mobile number. Just enter the code and turn the lock. There are security cameras onsite, but they are only downstairs in the public areas. There are no cameras upstairs in the private areas.
