Sunset cottage is lakefront and lake view. Enjoy the water just a few steps away, or while sitting on your own personal deck. Hot tub with lake view on your deck. This is one of our two our modern-rustic, guest cottages, next to our home. If you need two cottages, check out water’s edge cottage. Cottage is one minute to Cricket Creek marina/State park, 10 minutes to Big Cedar Lodge/Top of the Rock, and 20 minutes to Branson amenities. 15 miles to world class golfing. Some venues seasonal. The space There are steps to get to cottage. Cottage can accommodate two people only. Some cell phone providers have spotty service in lake area. Propane grill available. Small mini kitchen, no oven. The cottage is down 1/4 maintained gravel road. The cottage is not kid or pet friendly, for their safety do not book cottage. The internet is satellite , it can buffer during intense storms. If you have any issues please let me know. If there is a power outage, we may not be the first they repair, due to be out in the country, we will make sure you have drinking water and flashlights.Hot tub is personal but not completely private. Guest access You can swim or fish off the boat dock at your own risk. Dawn to dusk. Leave no trace and be considerate of others. No docking or mooring of personal boats. Other things to note You cannot dock or moor boat in dock, due to ACOE, but local marina has launch and overnight rentals. Television is a smart tv with ability to stream services like Netflix. No cable or satellite. Internet is satellite and can buffer in bad storms. The last 1/4 mile of road to property is a well maintained gravel road. If you leave something at the cottage and I need to mail back, it is a minimum of $10 and I will mail after payment. This is a rural setting. Bugs, snakes and other critters live in the woods. If you leave doors and windows wide open, you could be inviting nature in, both good and bad, especially if you leave lights on and doors open at night.
