Puffin Cottage sleeps 6. One of 5 holiday cottages within a courtyard at our family and pet friendly country estate surrounded with 40 acres of private woodland. Outdoor enclosed heated Swimming pool open daily from April. *SWIMMING POOL CLOSED 1ST NOVEMBER 2025 REOPENS 28TH MARCH 2026* Centrally situated to explore Pembrokeshire, Carmarthenshire and Ceredigion and all the beautiful beaches West Wales has to offer. The space Entrance from courtyard into an open plan Living/Dining room with comfortable sofas, Smart TV, oak table with 6 chairs and Kitchen area which has a washer/dryer, dishwasher, electric hob and oven, kettle, cafetiere, microwave and toaster. Bedroom 1 and Bedroom 2 on first floor. Bedroom 1 - A Kingsize pine bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers, Smart TV and has an En-suite walk in shower, WC and sink. Bedroom 2 - A twin bedroom with 2 single pine beds, wardrobe and chest.of drawers. Fridge Freezer, Bedroom 3, Bathroom and patio doors down 3 steps. Fixed retractable baby gate fitted on top of steps. Bedroom 3 - Pine bunk beds, wardrobe and chest of drawers. Bathroom - Bath with overhead shower, WC and sink. Access to an enclosed patio through patio doors doors leading to a private enclosed patio and an enclosed (fenced and gated)l communal lawn with views of the Preseli Hills. Guest access Explore the 40 acres of private woodland and gardens, enjoy time swimming in our outdoor enclosed heated swimming pool (Option to book private 1 or 2 hour slots on arrival) or spend the day fishing at our private lake. *Swimming pool open daily from 12th of April – 1st of November 2025 Saturday 10am - 9pm Sunday - Friday 9am - 9pm *SWIMMING POOL CLOSED 1ST NOVEMBER 2025 - REOPENS 28TH MARCH 2026* Our private Lake is approximately 3/4 of a mile from the cottages. Enjoy a walk through the woods or it is accessible with a 4x4. (NOT accessible with a car). A parking spot is by the entrance to the lake. The lake has been stocked with grass carp and common carp but tench and golden rudd have also been caught. Catch and release with barbless hooks. 21.62lb Grass Carp caught (and released) in June 2025. Other things to note The cottages are off road down a private driveway outside of the village of Llanboidy. There is no public transport passing the property. We are approximately a 15 minutes’ drive to Whitland and St.Clears in Carmarthenshire. Both have public houses, butchers, co-op and takeaways. The Preseli hills are a 20 minute drive away. Centerally located to explore the welsh coast with various beaches to the North (Mwnt, Poppit, Tresaith), South(Saundersfoot, Tenby, Pendine) and West (Abereiddi – blue lagoon and Newgale). Enclosed fully fenced and gated communal lawn to the back of cottage with stunning views of the Preseli Hills. 3 dogs welcome (Please enquire if you'd like to bring more than 3).
